Description:
Computer Technician, Network and Systems
A leading system integration consulting firm located in Clifton NJ. is seeking a full time professional that will be able to provide
on-site Server, PC, and network support and troubleshooting. This person will interface regularly with
various business units and end-users to perform day-to-day client support. You should have 3+ years
experience in server support, network support and PC support and familiarity with commonly used
application software. You must be familiar with Windows Server 2000/2008 and Exchange 2000/2007
installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting. You must also have excellent
communication skills. This job will include all aspects of on-site support including end-user as needed.
You will work with a team of highly trained individuals
Please be aware that this job is located in Clifton, New Jersey and will require daily travel to our office.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The
Computer Technician
position requires:
A strong technical background to manage and diagnose customers` networks
A minimum of 3 years experience
An MCP or better.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems both desktop and server 2000, 2003, 2008
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
The
Computer Technician:
Assists Technical Staff that build, deploy, manage, and support end-user information technology.
Act as the client`s primary interface for any technical questions or issues.
Maintains the client`s network to keep it running as efficiently as possible.
Keeps up with new and upcoming technology that may improve the way our clients work.

Requirements:
Required Skills for this Computer Technician position include the following:
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum
of 3 years of experience of IT network administration.
Microsoft Certified Profesional (MCSE Preferred).
Two Year College Degree (B.S Preferred)

Experience in maintaining and strengthening executive level relationships.
